A hospital worker has captured a photograph that appears to feature a ghostly figure walking the abandoned corridors.
Andrew Milburn, 21, had arrived at work at the Leeds General Infirmary, where he texted his girlfriend just before starting his night shift.
He eerily captured the image of what appears to be a little girl wearing a dress in the corridor of the hospital.
He sent her the image on Snapchat from the hospital’s Clarendon Wing, the Mirror reports.
Mr Milburn said his colleagues have heard footsteps where the photograph was taken in the past.
“My girlfriend asked me to prove I was at work so I sent her a picture as I walked to my office,” he told the MailOnline
“Unbeknown at the time it appears that I captured a ghost figure in the corridors.
“I have since put this picture on Facebook, it has received thousands of likes and comments and has been shared as far as America.
“It has also been shared on to paranormal investigator groups, many of which believe the picture is real.”
